The MultiForm™ Solution Software
is time-tested.
MultiForm is an electronic forms system designed to complete, produce, and distribute your forms and data quickly, efficiently, and effortlessly.
MultiForm has been making forms easier for over 30 years. Every small and large task associated with doing forms is continuously examined under the light of what is the most efficient way to complete that task. MultiForm is not an ordinary "form filler"; it is a supercharged, finely honed tool — with features and behaviors that sharply reduce start-to-end time.
SHORTEST DISTANCE
After all, we like to USE software ourselves and we prefer using software that achieves making OUR lives easier. Even moreso we like to MAKE software that achieves making YOUR lives easier...
“Love your software, would recommend it to everyone.
You took the HARDEST part of my job
and made it
the EASIEST.”
EFFICIENCY for you.
STABILITY
We like stable software. Whether it is ours or someone else's.
We feel like the software should, simply stated, work.
We feel it is not only in your interest to build stable and robust software,
but also in our interest as well. Thus we give MultiForm extensive testing, and shaking,
and more testing. We examine and reexamine its functionality. The results produce statements like this one...
“Your software works like it is supposed to work -- ALL THE TIME... ... Don't change your software... When it's solid, it's solid."
SUPPORT
Our support policy is further testimony to that stability. If the software were not stable and robust for you and for us, would we be able to offer the FREE SUPPORT that we do — as we have for 30 years?
“Of all the companies I deal with, none come close to matching your support.
ROCK-SOLID Stability and ROCK-SOLID Support translate into ROCK-SOLID Software,
as this customer computer technician sums it up,
“It has stood the test of time... It is running rock solid.”
SPEED
In addition to shortening the distance involved in accomplishing a task,
such as the ease one has including photos, and in addition to increasing stability, we like
software to be fast.
The faster the better. Actually, as far as software is concerned, the
faster it is the more stable it likely is — by not having unnecessary
layers and parts within the software that only serve to slow down the software.
Both design and construction play a part in speed. The areas of the
MultiForm that are critical for speed are written in optimized assembler (which is a no-nonsense,
extremely fast language).
Besides, the ultimate purpose of computers and software is not to slow
you down (as it often seems they do), but rather to actually speed up the completion of
your task.
“This software is so darn fast it is unbelievable.”
TASK ORIENTATION
For example, each time MultiForm is started, the user is immediately presented with a Dual Forms/Files Panel. Ready to go. No Blank Screens to figure out what to do next. No having to click things like File/Open/Browse/ChangeDir/Use-Slide-bar/can't find your file. MultiForm's forms list is displayed alongside of the files that go with the currently highlighted form. Nothing to do, Ready to go to work -- immediately upon starting!
ENJOYMENT (FUN)
Well. Almost. But when the right tool is available, that which will help in the
timely completion of the task, a job can be enjoyed and be almost play. And forms can be almost
fun anyway...
“I love it. Cuts my time in at least half. It's 'almost' fun to do the forms.”
“Outstanding... Beautiful... This is fun!... Absolutely fantastic... Whoever thought of this is a genius...”
“I am thoroughly enjoying the benefits of using your forms!”
“...We enjoy this program so much!”
MAKING IT HAPPEN
The sum of our design philosophy is particularly embodied in the following quote from a customer...
“Simplicity of use
and sophistication of operation
is outstanding.”
INVERSELY PROPORTIONAL
In the programming world, there seems to be an
inverse relationship between "easy on the user" and
"easy on the programmer". Typically when a program is easy on the user, programming it was
h-a-r-d on the programmer. Why? Because the programmer took extra time to deal with the
so-called "small" things, those things that make a smooth difference. And some of those
"small" things take a lot of extra time. It's like taking the
time to wetsand the bottom of a sailboat before a regatta, that is, sanding under
water. It's a smoothness thing.
Yet seems these days, most software companies
Such companies, and their bloated software, tend to have large support staffs, and large support charges... Because of the muddled, conviluted illogical behavior of the software, which has to be explained, and explained, and explained away – at the cost of your time and your money.
I only talk about this because it is a pet peeve: Software that is difficult and illogical to use. The whole reason for software is to make a task easier. Software is supposed to apply a cure to the difficult and illogical, right? Certainly software has the opportunity to do that. Where would its purpose be anything but that?
So here are the product details of some of the things we do behind the scenes to give your software
our vision of easy and logical to use.
