Simple Faxing
Faxing a report is just as easy as clicking the [F8 Fax] button or pressing the [F8] key.
MultiForm prepares the document for faxing, and calls your installed Fax Software beit MicroSoft Fax, WinFax Pro, et. al., and hands the ready document over to the Fax Software for the final sending.
Most other software, in order to fax documents, will have you select the "fax driver" via a printer dialog and then print to the fax driver. Usually though, you will manually have to make sure the fax driver is changed back to the printer driver that was selected previously. If, after faxing, you do not switch back to the printer driver, then the next time you go to print you will likely be faxing instead printing.
MultiForm solves these issues by providing separate stored settings for the printer and the fax drivers. That means, there is no need to change back and forth. No need to ever have to change the printer or fax drivers. The image below shows a Printer Driver Setting AND a Fax Driver Setting. No need to change either one. There are NO Settings to change in order to fax.
Both Printer and Fax settings are persistent...

Faxing Via Email
Some may have an Internet Faxing Service. Many of these services operate by sending an email with an attachment. If you have one of these, MultiForm makes it just as easy to Fax by the "FaxEmail" method.
Instead of clicking the [F8 Fax] button, click the [F9 Email] button.
