Smart Answer Lists
Among the many benefits that MultiForm presents is its Smart Answer List feature. The smart lists build lists of different answers used for fields. Answers can be added automatically through the normal course of filling out forms, or answers can be added at specific instances.
Either way, no answer that could likely be used again will ever have to be typed more than once, and that once is the 1st time the answer is used.
Smart Answer Lists will automatically add a new answer to the list for that field. The answers already in the list can be selected either via the keyboard or via the mouse.

entry — only 1 key is needed to select an answer.
Once the answer is selected, the cursor moves on to
the next logical field.
Selections can also be made with the mouse, by double clicking on the desired answer. Once the answer is selected, the cursor moves on to the next logical field, both the field cursor and the mouse cursor.
To further increase functionality, Smart Answer Lists have multiple behaviors. Depending upon whether one is in the beginning processes of creating lists or whether the lists are mostly full, your productivity is enhanced by multiple List behaviors.

When the program is new and lists are being created, there are fewer answers to choose from, so this behavior favors the shortest method for adding answers. More single keys are devoting to getting answers into the list. For example, the "1" key would simply type a "1".
However, in a mature list the "1" key might be devoted to "selecting" the first answer, rather than actually typing a "1". In this manner, selecting an answer would require only 1 key, not even a key combination.
Let's say the Number 1 Default is the most common answer. Then when filling out a form, a large part of the form could be filled out by repeatedly pressing the number "1" key.
Its hard to get much more efficient than a single keystroke filling out a large portion of fields.
